Mission Statement

The Aging and Disability Concerns Council is a unit of the NASW, Oregon Chapter, established to advocate for the social needs of elderly and disabled persons and to promote social policies within the social work profession which further that end. We shall encourage interdisciplinary contacts between social workers and allied professions to foster that goal, aware that the aged population is rapidlyburgeoning in our nation.
